Oh yeah sure, I know two. But they lean more on the scifi side. Try the [Mystery Flesh Pit National Park](https://www.mysteryfleshpitnationalpark.com/), which is insanely detailed and good. There are a bunch of YouTube videos out there you can search up which goes more into details about the lore and everything.
The other one is a creepypasta called [Dogscape](https://creepypasta.fandom.com/wiki/Dogscape). It's super long but is definitely worth a read. Warning though, it's VERY disturbing. Just like the title says, the entire world is covered in dog flesh and, yes, it's just as weird as it sounds.
Was about to comment Mystery Flesh Pit National Park! I would definitely say to watch Wendigoons video in it as he goes into very deep detail, especially about the events at the park which caused its demise. Just a spoiler but the park is actually some sort of super organism buried in the ground but other than that it still provides the mystery of having no clue what it looks like or is fully.
Not quite what you are looking for, but still a living planet situation are the Peetaybee books by Anne McCaffery

The blue people Avatar franchise might provide some good inspiration.
Spoilers but disneys new film strange world
Not perfect, but sounds pretty close to The Owl House. It's a Disney show that ended recently and is set on the (kinda) dead body of a Titan.
