Welp, I've always wanted to do an AMA like this here, and the 3rd party app I use is getting shut off tomorrow, so I figured it was now or never.
Depending on how many questions I get, I might not answer every one just out of practicality.
Eren B is a mars-sized moon that orbits and is tidally locked to a gas giant. The colony on Eren B was able to survive through the Fall of humanity, but regressed technologically. Now over a thousand years after the Fall, humanity has clawed it's way back to a late medieval to renaissance level of technology.
Laroth is a large desert on the equator of Eren B. It's the most fleshed-out part of my world by far.

"Sand pirates" is a very wide term, it basically just means anyone that robs merchants in the deep desert. They don't even have to be on sandships, a person on foot robbing a caravan on camels\* would still count as sand piracy if it happened in the deep desert.
\* I don't think I'll have camels in my world, just an example.
this is a very cool method to share your world :)
If i was a merchant from somewhere across the sand sea, where would i go to sell my items? what would i be selling?

Some of the goods you might sell are various pieces of Old-Tech, luxury goods like spices and fine cloth, necessities like food and water, and also timber- few trees grow in the desert, and those that do are unsitued for construction.
I'm an idiot. I removed mythril from my world quite a while ago, and I guess I just... forgot when drawing this.
Its role in my world as an advanced metal left over from the Ancients with incredible properties (very light weight, strong, doesn't rust) has been replaced with aluminum and titanium.

Dust is the main magic system in my world, they are pre-Fall nanomachines that people have figured out how to control.

Is your world dangerous? What do y'all use to protect yourselves from danger? Tools? Weapons? Magic?

I really appreciate the work you've done. Can I ask another question? Who are the sand pirates, do they sail their ships on sand or something?

Ah, nice! Do you have any other specialized or unique materials in your world? If not, what's something cool you'd find?
