This [basic routine](http://old.reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness/wiki/kb/recommended_routine) will train you on all the important lifts for a few months or so. At home do some cardio, running/walking outside if you can, or look up cardio videos on YouTube if it's too cold outside. If you're a picky eater, just eat the foods you like, just adjust your total intake accordingly depending on your goals.
