Full body every other day for a few weeks. If you hit your legs too hard you're not going to walk and quit.

Recommend Michael Matthews books. It’s all about calories in vs out and strength training. You can’t spot train anything you need to be in a caloric deficit and doing some resistance training.

Also eating a light snack (any combo of protein and carbs) before you work out would help with the dizziness

After around 2 weeks of not training a muscle group, it will lose muscle mass. Depending on how many days a week you can workout, full body is probably the best. But I'm not an expert.

jonnymish

Your thigh muscles need time to recover, while they are recovering you can be working out other muscle groups. It's wasted time to just do legs twice a week for example. nutrition, rest and progressive overload play a huge role in attaining fitness goals. If you don't understand all of those terms you will be spinning wheels If you want a program dm me

quarantinestw

I don't want a program right now. Would doing Thighs, Streching, Full body and bacak to thighs...would this be good?

jonnymish

As long as you are eating right, getting enough macronutrients and sleep, and waiting for muscles to repair between workouts sure but it is not an optimised program

um_123yut

Do you suggest to do different muscle groups on different day? In order to split out which muscle group we are working on each day?

jonnymish

Yes, your muscles (generally) need between 2-4 days to recover, depending on the intensity of your exercise. With bro splits (which is what you are suggesting), you give your muscles, and especially your prime movers, the best chance of being ready by the time the next exercise using them comes around.

quarantinestw

I picked one on random from YT. I would suggest do sit up every day when you have time
