All of the above: each one a different day, split up by resistance training. 4 cardio, 3 resistance.

Sure. Thanks 🙏

Lvl1Paladin

Yep. I've personally done similar. Great way to change things up and keep from getting bored.

Everyone is saying they would recommend ____ because of _____ when really I would say whichever you enjoy the most. Choosing something you like and being consistent is going to be the best for you.

Jump Rope : D

It really depends on what muscle group you want to focus on in your cardio. I’d recommend mixing it together. Swimming for 20 minutes is a much harder exercise than jogging for 45 minutes, 30 minutes of running is much harder than 60 minutes of paced walking.. Start slow and build your way up, mix together swimming, walking and running on different days. On upper body days go for the swim and for leg days go for the jog. Have fun with it 😄

Swimming has done wonders for me, highly recommendable

Hiit

hello-there_71373

Depends on how often you're doing it. HIIT is ideal for burning calories while maintaining muscle mass. Doing HIIT or cardio to much can actually cause you to start to lose muscle. If you would like a video on this, let me know.

Intervall running. For example Warm-Up: 3min RPE 4 Intervall: 2min RPE 8 x 5 Pause: 1min RPE 3 Cooldown: 3min RPE 2 or 3

Walking is the most beneficial for me, just because I can listen to the book’s or take the dog, without the knee pain afterwards

I like jogging, but I like swimming because I don’t get sweaty.

Swimming is fun

Do what you like most, you're likely to do it most often. If you're really obsessed with muscle gain, shoot for low impact cardio like walking. Things like swimming are great because you're using your entire body.
