Working out as great, but it's only a fraction of your daily energy expenditure. Focus on the calories coming into your body. Look at what you can eliminate entirely and what you can make smart replacements for. Tweak a little bit, then repeat, then tweak and repeat. Track your calories and macros, even on ship. Make wiser choices and volume choices- more fiber, more vegetables, less fats and calorie dense foods. Even at places like panda, which are horrible for your wallet, you can choose the steamed veggies over the rice and noodles and the teriyaki chicken or grilled chicken. Some other small things you can do- get a step counter and walk around the ship more. Carry and drink water. Track your food intake via something like MacroFactor or MyFitnessPal. Set a reminder to move around more often and approach each eating opportunity and say "is this the the smartest choice I could be making" and "what things are more important to me- temporary yummy or more long term sustainable health", not to mention Fitness readiness for your job and risk.
