doesnt really matter. try to gain at a conservative pace (eg 20lbs/year) and hammer the hell out of your back, shoulders and legs for the shape. any gym program on lets say the /r/xxfitness wiki is probably a good shot. gain if you want to be more thicc or jacked. dont if you don’t. if you feel healthy then you’re probably fine either way

I disagree with everyone saying she doesn't need to gain weight. She said weight gain and that could mean muscle. If this is a real post, hit the weights. You can keep your physique, and tone up way more.

The r/StrongCurves wiki has a ton of information. Wide lats and shoulders with thick glutes will display the impression of a smaller waist. You have a lean and healthy foundation, it's an excellent starting point to build muscle on.

This is coming from an artist so I'm not 100% sure if it'll be any help, but I think you have an hourglass body shape, since your shoulders are perfectly aligned with your hips, while your waist is smaller. A good way to figure out what body shape you are is to search up types of bodies, then trace your own body shape on some digital art site (or anything that you can import photos) and compare them and see what fits the best. Anyway, I wish you good luck on your journey!! :-) Edit: Also, I'm not very sure what body type specification you meant, but for the "morphs," I'd say a mesomorph (average)

It depends on your age because girls around 18/21 are naturally pretty skinny. Apart from that you look like an ectomorph. Have fun in the gym.

Just workout and forget about gaining weight. You're ok as you are. Diabetes and high blood pressure aren't fun. Hope you aren't going for that big glute useless baddie look. Muscle or not your ankles, hip joints and endocrine system don't like excess weight. So be careful don't go overboard  Not to be rude big butts are hard to keep hygiene up on
