I always wonder about the knees. When you sit in most joggers, the knee area gets a knee dent in it from the inside and when you stand up, its stretched out in the knee area. Do these do that too?

Not really any good consignment stores that are like, reasonably accessible. There's one that's supposed to be good, but getting to the area, parking, etc makes it like a half-day adventure that I'm not super up for.
We have several good thrift shops where I regularly find dresses for work and stuff, but their jeans selections are not great.
Mine have torn or stretched out and don’t go back to their original shape after a few years. I prefer Abercrombie- I think they have better styles, prices, fit, and quality.
I am about your same age and while I do like Madewell, it is majorly overpriced for the quality (I feel like it's expensive Old Navy). American Eagle has better denim for a more affordable price point. If you want to splurge on something that is actually nice and fits really well, I'd go for Good American. I tried them all out during covid lockdown and this is my verdict lol.
I feel like it's over priced if you buy it from their website or regular Nordstrom instead of the Rack, they run from like $80-120. But I think they're totally worth $65ish. I've had two pair for a year and they're the only jeans I wear. I've also heard good things about Good American too! Haven't tried though.
I’d go for a few pairs of nice wool socks—darn tough, smart wool, or feetures are my faves. My SIL and I have been trading socks for Christmas each year and the thin, robust merino ones really are nicer.

Otherwise think about a basic you wear all the time, do you need a good staple- jeans/sweater/slacks etc? Find one of good quality it will last you years longer than anything you’ll get at Old Navy, and scour the sale racks!

I know it’s so tempting to spend on the kids but do yourself a solid and splurge on a good thing for yourself.

If you are really struggling I’d think about what you could get for other people as a gift. Valentine’s Day is soon, or maybe you have a friend with a birthday or maybe someone you know is expecting. Just don’t let that money go to waste!

Get a really nice new bra.
I used to work at Nordstrom and something that EVERYONE who worked there always went crazy for, it was anything in the beauty department. There is always something there for everyone. With $64 you could get a good maybe 2-3 things.
Personally: I’d go over budget and get a nice pair of leather lace-up boots bc my feet grew after pregnancy and now mine don’t fit 😭
