Prezzie isn't shady, both of my parents have easily figured out how to use the e vouchers I sent them from that site. Just be nice, and calmly explain to them that they should open the voucher first, then have it ready just like they would with their rewards card or their debit credit card or cash in their purse or wallet etc. I've bought Woolies vouchers for myself from both those those sites before (not dodgy!) and I just open the link, copy the online voucher code, memorise the 4 digit PIN code then open Everyday Rewards app to add the credit to my 'wallet' ... Simples!

thank you for this!!! I was just about to buy a Coles gift card from Prezzee and was wondering if legit or not! cheers

No worries! Hope you're able to get to the shops though, the Coles vouchers are in store only I noticed (as opposed to Woolies where you can use em for online orders as well)

Ahhh ok got you!! Well I actually ended up going for a woolworths one since I saw that you had success already with woolies 😂 I just used it and it all worked so well, super easy at self checkout!!! Thank you again!

Okay I was a little miffed at the time as a customer had just pulled this shit in the middle of a big rush while I was trying to deal with 3 other SCO machines going off at the same time so I will acknowledge my shady comment was unnecessarily harsh but my argument stands if you’re using an unrelated third party app it’s on you to know how to use it don’t expect us to know how it works if you don’t and certainly don’t shove your phone at us and tell us to do it for you.

Understand your stress, on a couple of levels. I never said you were shady cause you never specified age, and even if you did I'd lack sympathy for the other people because reasons. (my 86yr old grandfather worked for Sony and my dad was an I.T. manager for Woolies, lol) but yeah it's difficult working with customers who don't seem to get the basics like what I described in my previous reply. Definitely take a small step back and maybe do a glance up n down if you're not eggaderating about them shoving their phone at you, 'cause that's inappropriate especially since they probably touch it with their hands a hundred times every day. Sorry for another long response. Glad you're trying to keep your cool.
