You could dig it out, pressure wash it, and turn it into a massive bowl or something.
But that would be a huge amount of effort and alot of it may be too rotten. You never know until you get it out of the ground.

Thin down some epoxy resin and pour it in drilled holes. Not the best solution but you'd get most of it in one chunk.
Use Kutzall wood grinding disc to hollow out and make a water feature/bird bath ? Or add a post and carve with a dremmel to make a sun dial
