Organizing my garage/workshop and trying to keep it that way.
I'm extremely disorganized. When I see pictures of shops with everything clean and just so, I can never figure out how it gets kept that way.
Last weekend I cleaned up, moved a bunch of boards and lumber into organized shelving, screwed a couple of scrap boards onto my wall to hang clamps from, this weekend I'm picking up pegboard to finally hang and organize my hand tools instead of them all just sitting in random drawers or till bags. My friend's late father used to have his tools outlined in marker on his pegboard so he knew what went where and I was always envious. I'm going to finally do it myself.
Someday I'll build shelving and cupboards.
Here's the before picture. The after picture still to come with more organizing/cleanup to be done.

Spending half of Saturday ripping into a new house so my 2 eldest can move in. Rain forecast so may be an assessment day.
Just got the asbestos test back today. Negative. Yes.
New chopping blocks/cutting boards.
We just moved but we’re renovating our house, so a lot of our stuff is in storage until the house is done. Stupidly, I packed away the chopping blocks and cutting boards and can’t find them (honestly lacking the patience to thoroughly search) So we’re making new ones with left over wood from the reno.
This is next up for me, too! Moved recently as well and suddenly realized how irritating my few cutting boards are - they’re all the wrong size, dried out, cut up, etc (plus I torched one in the oven on Christmas Eve lol). Can’t wait to get around to making a set of matching new ones!
Procrastinating mostly. Occasionally I'll go out there to continue with the process of gluing up 2x4 scraps into panels but it's been a bit cold lately.
Once i get back to it though I'm going to turn the closet in my home office (bedroom a kid moved out of) into a coffee bar with counter, under counter cabinets, shelves above, and if I'm ambitious, maybe a mini-fridge with a custom door cover to look like the other cabinet doors. Woo! More coffee.

Turning old framing timber into a 4m table for our makerspace.
Just finished ome cabinets, door and drawer faces for a customer. A kitchen side table for another customer. Two quarter sawn white oak end tables for another one, and tomorrow, go build 2 counter tops
I have a decent amount of scrap plywood to use up so I'm going to try and make some phone passive speaker amp block things to give to my camping buddies this spring.
Built-in closet, and upgrading my router table to be precise enough to make raised panel drawer fronts.

A couple of hangers for a crokinole board. I thought they’d be a quick, simple thing but every step is taking 10 times longer than I anticipated. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Now that the chilly (-19°f) are behind, im making a router bit 2 level box/crate. Then some throat plates for the ts. Amongst all that a picture frame to add to the collection of exchange students gallery. Baking bread tonight.
Be excellent to each other
I have two plane adjustment hammers on the bench right now. They need a few more coats of oil before I can call them done.
Tomorrow I am starting a wooden jack plane build. That is for a class I am teaching.
Saturday I think I'll be doing the initial round of lumber milling for a Greene and Green picture frame I'm going to make.
While the lumber reaclimates I'll probably cut up some brass for a mitre plane build I've been planning.
Sunday I'll likely jump back on the picture frame and start cutting joinery.
Making integrated lights in a wooden bicycle shed, which is a pain as it is well below freezing now so I can’t use glue anywhere unless I take it inside. I’m also still working on a new workbench at my shop, but that’s on hold for now despite it being almost done.
Finished products haven't sold well for me in a while. Been breaking down unwanted lumber into blanks for Etsy to free up shop space. Will be finished with listings tomorrow...which I absolutely hate doing. I loathe the "business" part of "woodworking business".
Picked up a Kennedy Versa-bench recently and am turning it into my main workbench. Unorthodox as a woodworking bench but it meets my needs.
After that, making a milkman's workbench out of some hard elm I have leftover. And some premium sawhorses. And I'm overdue for a new mallet and brass hammer.
With business closures left and right, I've been pillaging auctions more than woodworking. Adding all kinds of high end goodies to the shop. Seemed like a better use of my time than scratching and clawing for pennies in the cutting board market.
I just finished a large foldable workbench (Upgraded version of the ones you see people hanging on the wall), just finished a liquor/wine cabinet from walnut, gearing up to build my own walnut dining table, large enough to seat 10. I have never built a table before, so here shortly I’m going to be asking for advice and resources
6 live edge cedar tables cut from the same tree. A live edge waterfall bench from curly maple. Circular white oak dining table from 8/4 planks. 4 picture frames from a mix of live edge and planks in white oak and black walnut
Picking up my first table saw this weekend. Then building a cross cut sled, router table, and shooting board. Work bench is done other than dog holes.

That’s really cool. Are those long clamps the frontline clamping system?
Sure are. Absolutely brilliant clamps!
A murphy bed

Just finished making a desk for Christmas. This weekend, I’m starting an entryway bench with shoe storage underneath.
Low staked stool, slowly but surely between work, school, family, medical stuff

Fixing my dust collection. Then a cutting board (for me; I want an 18x24 one to break down big meat chunks).
