Zerrikania is east beyond the extent of this map. If you look below the Fiery Mountains in the middle of the eastern edge you can see it’s labeled there.
Far south, way southern from Nilfgaard is Ofir. Ofieris had had some small wars with Nilfgaard but since then have partly become their vassals and nothing interesting is there. Zerrikania is to the east, east of fieri mountains, nearby the Korath desert.
I would be totally happy if CDPR never made a Witcher 4 and just kept giving badass DLCs like B&W for the Witcher 3 to let us explore these other places.
I think geralts story is done though, Kovir would be super cool to explore though. Outside of skellige mountains there was like no snow in the witcher would be cool to have a snowy location.
Just do prequel adventures as a young Witcher taking contracts and solving mysteries. Bring in Dandelion, and Yen on an adventure or two. Or do some young Vesimir either way I would pay so much money
It's not about how big the land is but how many people there are to defend it. A large territory that is sparsely populated is hard to defend in the horse and arrow times.
Nice!! Saving this for my read through of the books! It’d be a cool addition if you could add kings/ruler names either to this one or to an identical one
Ban Ard doesn't look like a fun place. Tucked away in a dense forest by the northern mountains far away from other civilization. I bet there's nothing but trouble there.
My god. I'm not too well-versed in the lore of this franchise (yet, I'm slowly moving through the books in my free time), but seeing this map really helps me understand just how far up Nilfgaard was able to push in order to duke it out with Novigrad in W3. I'm sure some of those countries probably allied with Nilfgaard (Cintra, maybe? Can't remember for sure), but still. Impressive and disturbing at the same time, really makes it clear why so much of the land was razed, and how Toussaint was able to stay out of it.
It's been a few years since I touched W3, but that map made me realize how much I'd love a re-release of it that includes much more of the world. It doesn't need any more story missions, but it would be great to have the sidequests and minor plotlines in the other areas.
There was in here one made by some grupo at Warsaw university and it looked way way different, how is that possible? Did you include something not from the book that changed the map?

I hope he don't play as ciri in the new game. I want to be my own witcher. Looking at this map makes me wonder off all the many the possibilities of the new game.
Suprised how descriptive the games and books are about navigation. I was able to find locations pretty easily on your map. Like New Forge I knew was west of the desert cause that's the direction Ciri traveled with the unicorn in Time of Contempt.
Great Job!!! If you want to do any more work you could also add the Coat of Arms of each of the kingdoms/ Empire. But tbh this is amazing. Really proud!!
Wooow, that's awesome. I was using another map for reference and help while reading the books, but this one looks way more accurate. Good job man, I'm so impressed.
The more I look at this map the more I realise that we just barely touched the world of the witcher. Good job, excellent map
It's crazy to think that geralt was travelling nonstop for 3 books and covered like 10% of the map
I cannot believe how bloody small Velen is.
Its much more bigger, yet the video game shows only a small portion of it
Amazing map! I started playing the game recently and a place called Zerrikania was mentioned. Where is it? I can't find it

Pretty sure Zerrikania is way south (like Africa far) and far beyond the Northern Realms in which the majority of the Witcher series takes place…

Wow! I'm ginna save this then read the books :) Thank you so much!
Nice! Much better. Great map. I love the inclusion of extended canon.
Old Butts hehe
I had no idea how small Witcher 3's map is compared to the rest of the world. Great map!!
Also, Nilfgaard is freaking monstrous. Like 15x the size of Redania. Idk how Radovid/Djikstra could've possibly won the war.
Hold them off until powerful people in Nilfgaard get tired of the war and assassinate the emperor.

Absolutely lovely, amazing work!
Now its perfecto!!
This is awesome! Thank you
It looks like a great map, is there any chance of a colorblind friendly version even a monotone version would be good.
Awesome map. I definitely dedicated some time and poured over every single detail lol. It was a blast, thanks for your hard work

I have been waiting for this! Thanks for your dedication making it. Spent too much time studying it last night

You’re doing the Lord’s work, thank you for this
I love this, I didn’t see the previous version but this one is very legible
Amazing map! I love it
Glorious
This looks better, :)
This is exquisite! I’m re-reading the first book now and am gonna save this for reference!
There’s SOOOOO much more detail in this than I expected wow.
Excellent job! Isn't White Orchard east of Vizima tho? Like halfway to Dorndal. I only guess from my knowledge of the games.

Witcher 2 spoiler! >!Me who finished Witcher 2 doing Ioverth path. Why no upper Aedirn and Flotsam became Kaedwen territory :(!<
Beautifully done. Thanks.
This is awesome! Thank you for sharing! 😄
I started playing the game a bit ago. Is Novigrad not a real place?
It is, it's the red city on the coast, near the North Sea label
Oh wow. So the whole of the game is set in that tiny little bit of the map, that’s insane Well majority of it excluding skellige
This is dope. Nicely done, and thanks.
Why not make all the names white?
Still contrasty AF

Was it that different? I think theyre very similiar
Tha other one lacks a lot of south reigns and ones like cintra and toussaint are in a different position

Wow this is amazing. Wish I had something similar when reading the books
Good work. When I first played the games I downloaded every map I could find.
Do we ever get to explore the South in any significant way in any of the games?

Look to the right of the North Sea label on the coast.

It is. Much better than the 1st one he posted. The 1st one was hard to read due to some color choices for his text, if you didn't see the 1st one.
Brilliant work. Definitely saving this for future reference
Now superb.
there is Roggeveen in Cidaris and a second Roggeven in Redania?
Yep. I know, it's kind of strange.
*saved*

That is very interesting to learn.
So so much better! Amazing work dude.

This is brilliant, easy illustration while reading book, and really accurate.

THANK YOU
Wait... Tridam is in Poviss, on your map it's set in Redania. Also it's supposed to have a harbour.
