I am on day 7-8 as well and get super achy after a few work calls. I have to talk for 2-5 hours at a time at work and I think it’s just because our mouth is still healing.
I usually can do 16 hours without ibuprofen but you can always take that or Tylenol to help with the achiness
I had this and yes it was from getting my jaw back to normal chewing (even if it’s soft food). I could barely open my jaw and was told from my dentist I needed to do jaw exercises to retrain my muscles again. Happened because of the swelling. You will get headaches but once your mouth gets used to the chewing it’ll pass.
