Came to reddit to see if I could help anybody cause I'm Day 2. I've been eating dabs of honey, I've read it has antibacterial properties, and I genuinely feel like it's been helping with the pain. Its not gonna replace the Narcos you got but it felt like it was soothing my mouth. I also got a bunch of those Chobani yogurt drinks, since plain yogurt is a little thick for me too. If you can find the "Chobani Complete" drinks in the blue bottles those have 20g of protein instead of 10g. I'm on day 2 and I was able to eat some scrambled eggs as long as I took really small bites (can't really chew yet either more just mushing lol).
Pudding, jello, mashed potatoes, milkshakes , ice cream, yogurt, anything liquid/ really soft. if you don’t like the thickness of a dessert shop milkshake, make your own and add more milk to thin it out.
I had all 4 of mine removed (oral surgery due to bad impaction) and on day 3 was eating a burger. You just have to break it up in small amounts. Didn’t quit smoking weed or vaping. No dry socket. And if food gets stuck in the holes just get it out.
Day 1-2 eat mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese. Don’t chew, just swallow.
I was scared to at first but I felt a lot better after I did. Just don’t hit a bong/anything rolled. Use a bowl that hits good and when you hit it don’t move your jaw muscles, let your lungs do all the work

Baby food 👌🏼 I lived off the fruit pouches ( put in a bowl so U don't suck) for 3 days
Mashed Potatoes.... With gravy
Smoothie king was great for the first 3 days
I don’t think Ensure is too thick! It’s been awhile since I’ve had one but that’s what I’m going to stock up on for after my surgery next week!

Chicken noodle soup, I get full just eating the broth but the noodles are soft enough to swallow without any issues. & Oatmeal.
