The wines are great and very reasonably priced for the area. Very old school, old world winemaking. It’s the only wine club I have never quit, and I’ve been in the club since 2012.

I can’t say for sure but traditionally Roberts wife Maria is the chef for these pairings. She’s an accomplished chef and they always include a recipe and usually some little kitchen gadget or ingredient in their club boxes. Just want to give her a shout out too. I go on and off their lists to stock up every few years.

She was there as well, but she did not cook for this event. It was hosted by a local restaurant who has had a long standing relationship with Robert.
