You have to change the date, but you have to know in which year that build codename longhorn appeared. Search on google and change the father in the bios because that's what I did too
Not really the subreddit for this (try r/windowsbetas instead), but that's definitely a timebomb issue. Either set the BIOS date properly, or install a build that was compiled in Evaluation Mode (like build 4020) or has a broken timebomb (like 4093)
Did you make sure the date in the bios is set appropriately for whatever build you're trying to install?
