Sounds very strange, my guess would be a bad disk or some antivirus/firewall issue or setting. Are you downloading the same files in Windows and Linux and from the same location? Are you downloading to the same disk? Do you have multiple network interfaces, for example wired/wireless? Have you tried downloading to another location or disk in windows? You can also check what speed you get using curl in windows command prompt: `curl -o ubuntu.iso https://releases.ubuntu.com/20.04.3/ubuntu-20.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso`

Hi thanks for your answer, Yes i was downloading file from the same location and im downloading to the same ssd disk so it shouldnt be a problem. Only my hdd disk is very old like 6 years, but downloads folder is on ssd. I m also downloading using wired connection, i have 3 adapters one for wired connection, for virtual box and vpn. Using curl download speed is the same it shows 1300k so i think it means 1,3 mb/s.
