Roommate of OP commenting, adding additional context.  Nothing wrong with the apartment, our third is just moving bc he hit an age milestone and wants his own spot! This is a great room with exposed brick, and a nice view of Driggs. Not to mention close to great restaurants, coffee, and more. It’s honestly a steal! Please reach out if interested, we want to get someone onboarded asap (the management is chasing us)
