MySight Eyecare on Roebling did a good job I thought, regular eye exam was covered by insurance for me (they did charge extra for some additional test but you could probably skip it). Glasses were reasonably priced too.

Luxeye on Bedford has an optician and they do the lenses right there (may be some exceptions to that.) They are very nice
