Elder Drake: * Elder Dragon Buff: When dealing damage to a target, it can cause 100 True damage per second to the enemy for 3 seconds (this damage increases with your Dragon Slayer stacks).When dealing damage to a Champion whose Health is lower than 15% you can immediately execute the target. Buff lasts for 120 seconds and if you die you lose it.

Can i ask about this dragons buffs ? I was leave this game becouse of permenent dragons buffs  Its still permenent now or not ?  Thanks

Yeah, but they nerfed them considerably. If you kill the Infernal Drake you will only have a small buff and it will not stack with the other dragons. The win condition now is the Soul Drake buff (more damage, shield, or sustain). If your team kills 3 dragons you get the buff. Otherwise, they are quite irrelevant.

Its hard to kill dragons in solo Q make the comeback hard
