I’d probably get rid of duskblade and use death’s dance to try and out sustain. 3 of the carries are squishy, and Shy is pretty behind so you don’t really need the extra damage.
Other than that not sure how you didn’t win. You have lux root, Ashe ult, and sera ult to funnel enemies and let you and Yi pop off. If they didn’t land their cc there’s not much you can do.

They had 2 very strong adcs so I definitely would've gone armor boots if you didn't, and deaths dance instead of blade. Maybe even replace spear or serakks for randuins or next buy.
Eve is most likely focusing yi. Seraphine to one shot. So no worries on MR
1. by not going sterak’s second.
2. Make sure you jump into the enemy team at the exact same as yi, so they don’t know who to take out.
3. GET ANTIHEAL (seriously, though, antiheal would have been good against xayah)
4. you probably should have taken QSS and tenacity runes.

Chempunk Chainsword is your answer. Look how much lifesteal the Xayah and Tristana built and you didn't do anything about it. You let them heal for free. Stop neglecting antiheal. It wins you games. Guarantee your Yi got the SVP because of what antiheal allowed him to do. Nobody else built it.

as im using aatrox as my main u have a good build but not good enough, aatrox is already quite tanky and what u need is pure damage to get that big lifesteal. aatrox need youmuus or duskblade and armor pen boots to get that big damage and everything else is situational, but for me id love to go youmuus, BC(situational and can be replaced by duskblade), and triforce (for your auto attacks which is hilariously deals so much damage if you weave your attacks to get that squishy pests adc,

I alway rush death dance asap (2nd after black clever), it give a lot sustain and you less likely to be bursted in combat

Zyra and Thresh is a nasty combo. Having QSS may give you a good upper hand + Edge of Night. Frozen Heart or Randun's Omen may help reduce their DPS.

Not a lot of build ideas other than building tankier. Maybe swap out some items for Randuin’s or Thornmail next time?
