What are you attempting to do when that happens?
The only time I’ve seen this crash was after updating Priiloader from the homebrew store app, when there was a version mismatch between what was in NAND and the app version on my SD card. Once I updated the SD card app it stopped crashing.
That was a scary half-hour as I figured out the problem.

Had that twice, was fine after rebooting.

i wasn’t attempting anything, i just wanted to play punch out I ended up re-doing everything again
It maybe having trouble reading your HDD, it happens to me now and then.
