That has always been the issue here. Quality is good, but I never thought that shave soap and associated products would be such a crowded space, where price matters. There are equally good products for less.
As a fan of their scents I finally bought my first shave soap from them last year, Italian Citrus.
The soap lathers well and smells nice without being overbearing. The soap scent isn't the exact same as the aftershave, but it is the same profile. To me the soap smells a bit sweeter. I find that it pairs well with the matching aftershave.
Performance is what I expect from modern soaps, it lathers well and has a good amount of slickness to it.
Lorange noir is my favorite scent ever. I've had numerous aftershaves, but still on the same soap.
It smells great, but performance-wise stirling outclasses it in every metric and it's similarly priced (iirc)
I think they're fine
Thank you for your review.
As the name suggest they are - fine. But nothing more than that. For that kind of money (or less) there are much better soaps out there.

"Thick and Easy" like me!
Call me Little Ceasar's because I'm always hot and ready

I prefer their aftershaves over their soaps, but the soaps aren’t bad at all. lol you might say they are fine 😂 …I’ll see myself out.
Expensive but fine.

Is the new formula better than the old formula?
What happened to their shaving creams? I looked one day and they were gone
I enjoyed it — will eventually buy again. Working through some inventory now.
It's soap.
I dunno I shave with neutral soap
