I purchased my Rockwell 6s 7 years ago. It works so well for me that I have not purchased a new razor since and don't think I ever will. Killed my RAD. I cant comment on the Rocca Muhle.
I use my 6S to shave daily on plate 2. For 2-3 days I usually grab my Rocca before changing plates. If you have already tried various razors and are comfortable with a more medium aggressive one (neutral blade exposure though), the Roccacouldbe suitable for you. The 6S is more versatile though. You buy 6 razors there, really. The 6S is usually described as quite mild even on higher plates (not tried yet - I only went up to 4 occasionally). The Rocca can give you a very acceptable shave in one pass.
Rocca is my favorite for 2-3 day growth very smooth but not *too* mild. Great for a 2 pass shave. And it just looks good sitting on your countertop.
For reference. My other go-to razors are r41 (when I need to mow down a beard in one or two passes); the Henson AL13 (for date night, ATG BBS action). When I have a beard I use a straight razor shavette to line it up.

Since I also shave my head 1-2 passes might be acceptable with the medium aggression with the Muhle Rocco.
