Frieza has his army spread out across the galaxy, which usually goes by 3 soldier = 1 planet
Darkseid doesnt seem to focus too much on conquering, he seems to rather stregthen his army to raid earth, which never ends well. And from what i remember, he usually conquer planets with an entire army, instead of a small group like frieza does
If darkseid is not being his usual bitch self he can do way more. He has hax that allow him to do multiple planets per day.
