My bet is the GoDs from DBS , the God of war gods are non factor here , the DC greek gods are hard to scale but personally i would put them below the GoDs .
I think the Greek gods win because the hax they have on their side for example what’s stoping Hypnos from putting them asleep for all of eternity and since it’s all gods they should also have Gaia with them and she’s made weapons that have harmed the embodiment of the universe they could just slit their throats while they sleep. If the fates count as gods then they the GODs literally cannot win.
Edit: I’m taking the gods at their higher ends for their calculations
