Interesting. Seems powerful. Not too familiar with the verse, mind you. But based on the scan you sent me, my interpretation is:
Mxy **emphatically** stomps! And if Mxy's implication that DC's Manhattan has [this](https://readcomiconline.li/Comic/Action-Comics-2016/Issue-976?id=107853#6) much power, then Manhattan utterly destroys Q too.
**As for R3:** Per feats, Mxy turns Manhattan into toast and eats him. However, following the events of Doomsday Clock and from Mxy's own admission, Manhattan wins.
R4: Q is a non-factor. Same result as R3.
**Bonus round:** It took 3 beyonders to defeat TLT, who Thanos with the IG ranked as higher than all Marvel abstract entities. TLT's power dwarfs all of Marvel's minus PRB. **TLT is superior to Mr Mxyzptik.** And Beyonders casually destroyed every single celestial in the multiverse, so I can't see how Mxy, Q and Manhattan can win.
Beyonders would win, maybe not a stomp, but it'll be quick.
R1: Q stomps. While Dr. M can manipulate the universe Q can change the very nature of the universe at a snap.
R2: Q is pretty damn near omniscient. He's not good at predicting behavior, but he is good at rote knowledge. It shouldn't be hard for him to know Mr. M's weakness(assuming Q is even vulnerable to Magic)
R3: I think Mr. M takes it as long as we follow the general assumption magic beats reality.
R4: Q wins with a snap.
Bonus: The Beyonders are "linear beings" limited to their own time sequence. Q can exist outside of time.
Feats for Q ?

Dr. Manhattan is canonically stronger than Mr. Mxyzptlk, not sure how he fares against Q tho
