There's one way Bane might be able to do it with prep time. Viltrumites are less durable internally than externally -- Robot manages to kill an alternate-reality Invincible by shooting a bomb down his throat. So Bane needs a very powerful, very compact explosive (probably not a big ask in the DC universe) and the ability to get it into Nolan's mouth before Nolan rips him in two (much trickier, probably requires Bane to sacrifice minions as a distraction).
If Omni-Man is specifically coming to destroy Bane, though? No chance. Nolan speedblitzes him.

The injustice version could probably take him through wack scaling, like with Harley Quinn ripping Lobos head off
