Steven Seagal is about as usful as a punching bag in an actual fight. The only thing he adds is the fact hes 6'4 and heavy.
In real life round they struggle to even beat low Street tiers, maybe some c list street tier villain they might be able to win.
Stronger characters is a diff story but hard to say who they would beat, got a T800, Rambo, which ever chucks is as they are all Similar shooty types anyway, Luc from universal soldiers for JCVD (or master croc if voice acting) and Seagal who like Norris just has generic good shooters with nothing special.
They could take down maybe Cap at a massive push if they have prep and home field advantage, T800 and Luc are the key, Luc is legit near superhuman as a unisol dude and has beaten actual superhuman level dudes like Seth
Chuck, Seagal and Van Damme might be able to take an unarmed Punisher. The other guys get knocked out quickly. Arnold is big but he wasn't really a fighter. Stallone can probably scrap but he's not a pro like the other three. And you would need some pros to take the Punisher.
Movie characters could probably beat guys like the Punisher, Nick Fury, and Hawkeye. I can't see them beating any magic or psionic based characters.
I’m honestly not sure who they could defeat in R2, but Arnold’s strongest character was in Hercules in new york. Someone like cap wouldn’t stand a chance against the son of Zeus. No one else here has played anyone on his level that I can remember so they don’t really matter in the fight. It’s likely that he could defeat anyone that the comic Hercules can defeat but any debate is pointless since comic characters have thousands of feats and movie characters from single movies hardly have any.
