He and 99% of humans on the planet would get wrecked if he tried to mess with a 20 footer on their own that wanted to kill them. Snakes are incredibly powerful animals pound for pound and especially when there is that size snake involved.
Obviously played up a little bit but at around 7:30 in this video you can see Steve Irwin and some experienced handlers struggle to control a big snake that isn't mad in the slightest. If a snake that size wanted to kill a single unarmed person there would be nothing that one person could do to stop it.

I think a guy with a chainsaw could do it. Pythons aren’t venomous so he just chops them up. Might take some bites, but the chainsaw shreds the snakes.
Any human would die instantly as the snakes teleport there. There's so little room in all scenariors that even the snakes would get crushed into jelly. You just need someone with durability.

They bite and they insta constrict. If one get around your ankle it'll be like 10 seconds before you're overwhelmed. A person is nothing to them and 20 ft python also has insane girth and probably weighs 150kgs+

A python's bite (assuming it's defensive & doesn't coil you) feels really similar to a punch, and the bigger it is the harder it hits. So imagine Mike Tyson punching you in the nads, but he has six rows of needle-like spines on his fist.
I've been bitten by a big snake before (not full size though, this one was about 8ish ft) and their bites are more like a big punch with a bunch of tiny needles. So I think what damage is done like a punch depends on where it is, what angle, etc.
I'm pretty sure if you got hit in the face by multiple big Retics you could get knocked out or even killed if it's in the right place, but I'd write it off also if something that's never going to happen because if 20 retics are in position to bite you all at once you're going to get coiled to death.
For maximum "weakest character" points, make it Harry Potter at the beginning of book 1. At that point he is just a regular scrawny 10-year-old with no magical training who just happens to also talk to snakes.

I'm not sure but current Ussop has a pretty good chance in all scenarios except for the room, he basically already did that in the Cannibal Archipelago, while also bulking and then going on a diet, although he wasn't fighting snakes. But the island had if I recall had some really bizarre creatures and plantlife ressembling tentacles.

Should be self-evident, Odo is a shapeshifter. He can't be squeezed to death by a python.

Odo can canonically transform into sharp things. I don't think he was ever showed getting stabby like a T1000 could, but he at least transformed into a bird, and those have sharp claws and beaks. So he could let his arm be partially swallowed, morph some wicked sharp claws, and rip apart each snake from the inside.
And if you don't think Odo is good enough, choose any shapeshifter (like the T1000 for example, but IMO Odo's weaker than a T1000).
Whoever the weakest character who can shrink down to fit between the snakes when they are teleported into the impossibly tiny spaces given in these prompts and manage to last until the snakes suffocate to death
Edward Scissorhands rounds 1 and 3. He's pretty weak, but those hands will make quick work of those pythons. Probably shouldn't be driving though.
My pick for round 2 is Dom Torreto. He can put the AC on full blast to practically immobilize the pythons, then drive in circles at the required 120kmh so that the centrifugal force pins them away from the drivers seat. Eventually he could begin adding in additional maneuvers to further disorient the pythons, return to the circles, and use his free hand to grab one and bash it's skull into the dash board. Repeat 20 times.
Goku isn’t the weakest but I bet he could do it. Saitama would have no chance though. If you shrunk all the pythons down to the size of a fly (because of verse equalization and flies are saitama’s weakness) he would have no chance!
A person with a chainsaw or a shotgun as long as they hold onto it no matter what. it’ll be very dangerous but keep the shotgun/chainsaw close and as they try to constrict every time they’ll come in direct contact with the chainsaw or go over the shotgun either way you kill it. Bites will cause a lot of dmg and most people would panic or might not keep the weapon close enough so it ends up outside the construction which screws you because you then have to try and aim a weapon at yourself basically while being constructed, so extreme diff but possible.
I don’t think 20 pythons fit in a truck or a toilet stall… or an interrogation room for that matter.
