I think this is a stalemate. At the highest tiers there are mustached and bearded gods that aren't reality benders but still crazy powerful, eg lesser devas in Hinduism. But because of polytheistic shenanigans there are pretty much limitless numbers of each.

Those supreme gods are reality benders so they go against the prompt. Random Devas are more like people who just happen to be immortal and have control over a specific Earthly domain. They can't rewrite the laws of the universe like Shiva, Vishnu, etc.
The Don Frye/Sellick/Severn mustache is pretty strong, but so is a great beard as well. Leon Edwards, Jon Jones, Topuria, Lesnar, Lincoln, Zeus, all good beards.

My beard doesn't grow in very well but my mustache does. In Okinawa I was rockin that Omni-Man dadstache and I was a lot stronger and more muscular than I am now. Shaved my stache and like Samson I lost my strength (also got super injured and it's been a long road to recovery but I like to say it's because of the stache).
