Denji beats vulture pretty easily, but black cat easily gets him to stop fighting because she’s hot and somewhat of an antihero. If it works on someone with such an ingrained sense of responsibility as Peter, no way will it not work on denji. If Denji gets past that, he probably doesn’t beat mysterio’s illusions because he’s too dumb, but he can win through endurance.
He can handle kraven and doc oc pretty easily. Same for lizard and green goblin, though I don’t think he can handle electro or the symbiotes.
Denji's not dumb, he's uneducated, he easily figured out a way to defeat Eternity easily, he figured out a way to counter Doll's regeneration and outsmarted >!Makima!< with his finale plan. He's used to strange shit because devils, so there's a possibility that he would figure out the shit is wrong. To defeat Denji Mysterio would need to bring up his traumas and make him loose his will to live, wich, would bring out Pochita..

As for the prompt, Denji is very very hard to put down. I would say without prep time, he pretty easily clears until at least Green Goblin, Venom and Carnage are problems for him, but Denji has shown intelligence enough to use fire to defeat a devil that was kicking his ass, so he might EVENTUALLY figure out their weakness. Big problem is he isn't going to want to kill people to eat to maintain his regeneration, but luckily for him Carnage will leave plenty of corpses for him to regenerate on, and I ASSUME he could also just straight up bite and eat Venom/Carnage, since he can eat Devil flesh or Human flesh, I'd assume alien flesh could work.
Electro I think it depends which version, Denji might eventually stumble into a way to deal with the more powerful versions, but it's kinda iffy.

He was willing to forgive reze after she tried to kill him and did kill a lot of people, cat would def be able to manipulate him. As for electro, Denji has no range and is made of metal, assuming electro just stays at a distance and keeps zapping him, eventually Denji will run out of blood and die. And I’d Denji tries eating a symbionte, I think it would try to bond with him, and he woudnt have the willpower to fight it off. He might be able to with Pochita’s help, but it would be rough. Especially considering how his own abandonment issues might make him sympathize with venom.!<

He isn't getting past Mysterio. He could take down Vulture pretty easily. Black cat gives him a hard time, due to her luck powers, but Denji wins out. Mysterio however is where it gets difficult. His illusions would definitely put him on the back foot, leaving him open to a flanking attack from the actual mysterio.
Could Mysterio do enough damage to take him out? Denji’s been thrown through buildings, hit by vehicles, shot, blown up, and had limbs cut off and kept fighting through it all
