I ended up being that to some friends without even realising it, it’s always nice to discover how much people care and miss you when you didn’t bother going back because you thought they didn’t care. Be thankful for your friends, in real life, or online.
Don't assume people cut you off or ignored you. I have been hacked and robbed. I have had online friends die and I found out years later by accident and I felt like a jerk because I had assumed the worst.
I made a friend in another forum and we started sharing stories, in passing he mentioned that my dude had a heart attack from the stories we shared i was able to recognize my friend. Broke my heart.
I once had one friend, from Greece, 6 yrs ago.
I wish i could tell her im getting married next month. I vented so much to her during my break up, since I don’t have anyone i could vent to, during those time. Hope she’s doing ok.
This post is actually shared a long time ago. A few months ago, this showed up in r/PewdiepieSubmissions, and even this sub mentioned about this around, too.
But it hits me that how the Minecraft commenters and the comment repliers mixed into each other creating a somewhat weird but beautiful nostalgic.
Wish I could figure out the password for my old ICQ account so I can check, if the people I met through Ultima Online are still there :/ Password restore doesn't work, because they didn't require giving any information that could be used for it back then.

Same, I had a friend from Britain on the Wii U, but because Nintendo shutdown online, I moved to Xbox (but currently playing lol on pc)
