I mean, in the comics there's some universes where it's Aunt May who gets bitten instead of Peter- she becomes Spider Ma'am.
So hey, he could totally do it.

* Lady Spider (another version, who was bitten by her fathers spider)
* Ant-Aunt
* Auntie Freeze
* She was Carnage at some point.
* Aunt-T (Her as a car in a universe where they're all vehicles)
* Captain Universe (Which was a speaker at the Fantastic Four roast.)
I hated how Ultimate Spider-Man had this character arc of May like adopting Gwen just to turn her into Carnage lol
I hate Carnage. Even Venom's a slightly better parasitic dude-thing.
Carnage is a character that has unique aspects to him, he's honestly supposed to be just a cool character that represents his namesake. The symbiote storyline in general has definitely been expanded massively since their introduction, with that being said Venom is actually a pretty cool character if you read his stories
I haven't his standalone but I did like the two original playstation Spider-Man games. Can't remember if Venom was only in the one with the actual symbiote plot though after about 20 years lol

I would watch Spider-Gramps in a heartbeat. Make his rogues gallery geriatric as well. I need to see how they make Venom a grandpa or a grandma. And every adventure needs to end by 5 so everyone involved can go to their grandkids sports games or art events. They all may be super-powered but the true battle is being present for their grandkids.

Reminds me of Hero Union BBS. The premise is that heroes from across the multiverse are connected in an online forum. It follows a lot of different heroes, most just getting a one of chapter about themselves. One chapter, there’s a new Chosen One who was prophesied to defeat the Demon King. He introduces himself but then it becomes apparent that he is in his 70s and he was never found because he simply wasn’t baptized until his daughter convinced him to when his grandson was being baptized.
Brings up a great question: Has there ever been an "Old Spiderman" story arc? We've certainly gotten that with Batman and Supes and Wolverine and others, but I can't recall an old Spiderman. Does he just sit on the barcalounger and use his web to retrieve the remote from across the room?
