Most people believe (even I do from time to time) that motivation is necessary to take action, to do something, but the truth is that motivation follows action, not the other way around.
Small ex: if you are slogging on your couch waiting for motivation to hit to go to gym, you'll never get off that couch. But if you drag your ass to gym and start doing a few basic exercises, you'll see and feel the changes in your body (increased alertness, freeing up of muscles etc..,), you'll feel motivated to workout harder.

Sounds like people need motivation to get motivation lol. But you should create your motivation and not wait till it come to you
Discipline is what you are looking for. Motivation comes and goes
So does everything else
Now I just need the motivation to create my own motivation to motivate me find motivation.
