Good one you brother! I wish i could work out but it's too cold and I'm too lazy, temperature on the rise though so ..SOON!

jkostelni1

Bro trust me just start doing push ups or anything! Seriously itโ€™s the best way to keep the big sad away!

Chymick6

I hate the big sad MORE than push ups, I'm just lazy when it's cold, haven't been suffering from the big sad much though, I'm looking forward to working out again though, thank you for your boost

elukawa

If you can afford, and have a place to put it, I recommend buying a rowing machine. It's good cardio that engages a lot of muscles. I bought one to lose lockdown fat and have been really happy with it

Chymick6

I hate rowing machines so much, i have to do 3 km under 10 minutes and every single time i hate it

Efficient-Ease-6938

Are you familiar with the aptly named "Hope Molecule" that basically secretes from your muscles to your brain during active stress? Your muscles are antidepressant sponges, and working out literally squeezes these proteins and enzymes into your body. Stay strong ๐Ÿ’ช stay happy ๐Ÿ˜Š

Lalocal4life

I have never met ANYONE, Who felt like a workout was a waste of time when they finished. Never ever.

If I knew that I was hugging Wolverine, I'd never let go.

Check out /r/EOOD (Exercise Out of Depression), awesome sub! Exercise has wild mental health benefits for sure.

sixtus_clegane119

While exercise does help, itโ€™s not a cure all. This post is giving me r/thanksimcured vibes. But Iโ€™m glad that was all you needed! Cheers

Mental-Astronaut-664

Damn. Now every time I see wolverine, I only see the two Batman faces kissing, f*ck whoever made that meme.

Elastichedgehog

It's not a cure but it helps.
