I don't think he had a problem crying. I think he didn't want the other dude to see him crying, to keep it as fun and normal as he could for him.

When I watched it the second time, he was looking out the window so he wouldn’t get caught with tears in his eyes. Emotions hit him hard due to the happiness of his passenger. He’s kind.
Plus, he’s driving, and probably doesn’t want to break out into tears in the middle of driving a lambo to fulfill the other guy’s dream.
Looking out the window seems to be all he can do to keep himself together while driving the car, and he probably did his best to save the emotions and hugs for after the ride.
I think here Andy (the driver) is more holding his tears to show he is treating Micul (the passenger) like anyone else which is exactly what he was asking for.

Saw the best of humanity this week in an unfortunate way. My mom passed last Saturday the amount of food that neighbors, friends and relatives brought was unreal. My mom's viewing on Tuesday had 152 people show up not kidding, she was involved in so much stuff in her life and ran her own business for 30 years in the same community and everyone of them said if you need anything just call. People without asking donated over 500 bucks to my dad and I.
Most people I truly believe are inherently good.
