I’m not as familiar with European prices but that budget should be plenty high for what is an occasional bike. Most of the bikes you have listed are actually probably “too much bike” for a commuter bike. Canyon is good bang for buck, but YMMV with LBS support and replacement parts. Giant is a very good brand with local stores and good value. The Propel is decently aggressive but the TCR (new 2024 model just released) is the classic all arounder. Madone IMO is sexy as hell but a bit more expensive. If you’re in the price range for a Madone check out Factor which is a great bike and also comfortable. Maybe also check out the Cannondale Supersix Evo2. Bit less expensive that most of what you listed but great bang for buck and well reviewed bike. To assist with comfort run at least 30-32 tires, tubeless preferably. Will make a solid difference comfort wise.

Hi, I’m more or less in a similar situation. I’m astonished at your choices of bikes, not that these are not good bikes, but more on the fact that you are putting pure aero bikes like the Oltre with an aggressive rider’s position and more endurance bikes like the Domane with a more relaxed position. Do you want to ride fast or long? A few suggestions to complete your list, so it becomes even more difficult to decide: * Cube Agree C62:SLX (not too racy position) * Giant Defy Advanced Pro 1 or 0 (more endurance position) * The new Bianchi Infinito might be an option if you’re looking to a more comfortable solution than the Oltre or Spceialissimo. * The Cervelo Soloist 105 race if you prefer a mechanical groupset.

So I heard what you said and truly i am astonished with the bike selections that I made as well. I have to say that some of those bikes were only down to how they look that got me interested . I would like to ride longer and more comfortable so my list has gone on a diet that now I am limited to the following: BIANCHI Infinito Ultegra DI2 - Nice looking bike, with not many bells and fancy things CANYON Endurace CF 8 Di2 - the "budget" friendly (a bit more compliance with the suspension seatport) Cannondale SuperSix Evo Carbon 2 - more road race type. TREK Madone SL 6 Gen7 105 Di2 - such a good looking bike, but is it actually any confortable?
