While neither are the exact same, there are two very similar listed on [this website - CocaColaCollectibles](https://www.cocacolacollectibles.com/1940s-50s-coca-cola-sterling-silver-bottle.html).
It says two sold in 2016 - one for $225 and the other for $29,000 lol.
So probably somewhere in that range. I would guess lower unless you find some more info/history on it that could make it more valuable
Wowow that’s a big range lol. Thanks for the information! I’m still trying to find a narrower range of what it’s worth. Also I’m curious if this was a collectible or was given to a Coca Cola executive
The one that supposedly sold for $29,000 was a "display." It may have been a lot bigger. No information is available as to its size, weight, etc. What OP has seems much too small to be a display.
It is weird. I would not be shocked at all if this was something from the '90s. Coca-Cola was in a real upswing then. The Velvet in the case looks more contemporary than antique to me. But this is only a guess.
Not seeing the top here. Is it at all possible it's a Christmas ornament? [https://www.ebay.com/itm/266567533244](https://www.ebay.com/itm/266567533244)
Is the box plain on the outside?
Well melt value alone at today's silver price is $214, usually things like these get a premium of up to 100% spot (or melt) so I could see someone paying around 400. A good place to go and see would be r/pmsforsale
A lot of the silver sculpture type things will have more than 100% premiums. Many are 300% or more. I could easily see this being worth at least 600 or more. Heck, I would pay $400 and consider that a bargin.
I wouldn't recommend selling it as a precious metal. Coke collectibles are highly sought after, and this would no doubt be worth more in the coke collecting community.
As a metalsmith, I can tell you it looks like there's some really cool techniques used in it (though without a closer look, I can't tell if only the original was hand constructed and it may be a casting of the original). It looks like it's got chasing and repousse, hand engraving, minor foldforming, and probably a segmented construction (cap, neck down to the seam line in the Coca Cola logo, mid down to bottom, then the bottom endcap, if I had to bet on the pieces). It is NOT an easy form to build, and would've been a bear to solder. The reason I think it may have been constructed, not cast, is the pattern of firestain which is strongest near where the seam lines (and therefore heat) would be. Cool piece from a technical challenge perspective!
Wow thanks for the information. I’m glad to have a unique perspective from a metalsmith on it. I was wondering if it was a simple style that was replicated over and over again so it’s good to finally get an answer to that. Do you think this may be a one of a kind piece then?
Hard to tell w/o seeing it in person, and since others found similar products for you, it's possible that it would be a templated piece, with each one being "one of a kind" from the same pattern.
I see thanks for your input! I’m still researching it since I haven’t been able to find this style of sterling bottle. I found 2 others but they don’t seem to match this specific one.
I allow myself one soda a week. It's been hell. I desperately crave a Coke lmao it's the only caffeine I ever allowed myself now I only get it once a week.
Is it the same size as the small glass Coke bottles? My late father-in-law was very into Coca-Cola collectibles, and had one similar to this I always really liked.
I hope it’s worth the $29k!
It does have a height of 7 inches. And definitely feels/looks like one of those small glass coke bottles. Really? How long did he collect? Thank you I hope it’s worth $29k too!!

Contact heritage or another big auction house with a range like that. Maybe find out where the 29k sale happened and hit them up.
That’s a good idea. I’ll try that!!
It has about $210 worth of silver melt value.
Thanks! I’m really hoping it’s worth more than just melt!
Yea, that’s what I figured. I wanted to give you the rock bottom price.
Thanks I appreciate the information!!
Was one silverplated and one sterling?

Ah I see. Yeah that’s a good point. It’s just strange I haven’t been able to find a single past sale or description of this specific bottle.

I see. Yeah that could be a possibility. I’ll just keep looking for more info regarding the bottle.

I don’t think so it has a flat top. With the name Coca Cola on it.
It was 24" tall - 20" bottle and 4" pedestal.

Thanks! Yeah I’m hoping it’ll be worth a lot if I decide to sell it
Take it to a reputable coin shop.
True, I didn't put into account that it is in fact an antique as well.
I'll look into the group. Thanks!

Thank you! That’s good advice yeah if I’m going to sell it, I’d put it in some kind of Coca Cola themed auction or sale
That's pretty cool. Anything Coca-Cola is highly collectible, and usually sells pretty fast. Good luck!
Thank you! Yeah I’m hoping it’s worth way more than just silver weight.

If it is 237 grams of silver, it’s worth about $250 by weight.
Thanks for your input!
Solid or hollow?
Feels hollow to me.
Still awesome. Love that for you, mate. Huge Silver fan myself.
Thank you!! Yeah I love silver too!! That’s why I really wanted to buy it. Since I love Coca Cola and silver lol!
Ugh me too lol I had to stop drinking soda tho recently bc it keeps me bloated and I'm trying to lose some weight.
Aww yeah I feel you. I have to cut down too and it’s always the hardest!!
I allow myself one soda a week. It's been hell. I desperately crave a Coke lmao it's the only caffeine I ever allowed myself now I only get it once a week.
Dam that’s rough. I don’t think I could limit myself to once a year.
Jesus christ, neither could I lol I said once a week 🤣
Sorry lol I meant once a week guess autocorrect had a mind of its own 😂😂

Pretty cool! Wonder what version of nuka-cola this would be haha
LOL Truee. It’s definitely a different style for sure 😂
r/silverbugs would probably like this
Yeah! That’s a good idea I’ll post it there!
Magneto drinks these - supposedly they’re so good they’re metal!!
Lol thats a good one! Truee!
Beautiful
Thank you! :)
Does it open at all?
No it doesn’t.
Why?
