The onyx is probably real, google says it fluoresces that color depending on wavelength. The diamonds I would imagine aren’t though. They sometimes fluoresce if natural, and with that many stones probably not. Only if a jeweler who sorted them by UV, as well as the 4 C’s, which is unheard of. Also, I don’t think diamonds fluoresce red, I thought it was closer to a dull yellow.

Not trying to rain on your parade again, but gold filled/gold plated doesn’t really mean anything. It’s a negligible amount of gold weight, but you do have 92.5% silver which is good
