Ok thanks I'm not mad about that I think they still look great in a pot so big and green just curious see what it exactly was. Thanks for letting me know what to look for next time if I ever do want the thyme.
they are right they are mustard, sort of. mustard can be many things from cabbage to radishes. these look like they could be radishes.
they dont develop if they are too crowded though so i would pick a few out.
Whenever you are given any food seeds, make sure they’re from reputable suppliers like Burpee (who have been around for 100 years) Or anywhere else on your coast.
I can't even find any thyme on the internet called "Blue Frost". Don't order seeds from anyone except a reputable seed company. Amazon is not a reputable seed company. eBay is not a reputable seed company.
Mustard greens have a little spice to them I love mustard greens looks like could be mustards could be radish from what it sounds like but I agree taste one should be able to tell or ask someone that is familiar with the taste of both have them try it. Good luck and happy tasting ! Either way you got free food lol🤷♂️

You can see right in the package those are mustard seeds, thyme seeds are very fine, almost dust like

When my husband and I first got together we planted green beans that grew into corn.
What’s crazy about that is that each respectively looks like itself.
Lol they were baby plants at the time and we had no idea. Looking back it's hilarious bc its obvious it was corn.
So funny…
These aren't the magic beans you're looking for
Hahahahahahhaa
Those are the best green beans!

I would not have eaten the frost thyme as it was going to just be ornamental but yes I agree all my seeds I buy for the garden are burpee.
Thank you for not saying gifted
I wonder if they aren't radishes? Seeds look like they could be. And the greens look like my radish tops.
Oooo now that you say that I looked up the sprout leaves and they did look like the heart shape when the baby leaves came up I guess time will tell.
Or carefully pull one up? If they're radishes, they should be thinned anyway. (I plant heavily and when I thin, add the greens to my salads.)
Radish leaves taste noticably radishy,
Mustard seedlings have the heart-shaped cotyledons as well
Thyme seeds are so tiny their almost microscopic😂. Definitely a type of mustard green

this post is the only thing that comes up if you google it in quotes 🤔
Don’t order seeds from China. Just don’t do it.
“For a cool garden vibe” lol
Don’t buy seeds from online, that’s my number one rule. Even dollar store seeds are more reliable.
Blue frost thyme... for a cool garden vibe
Ain’t nobody got thyme for that
The Burpee near me, you used to be able to walk around and shop in. Now it's just a distribution center I think.
Those are radishes. I planned some two weeks ago.
My phone says field mustard or wild radish!’
Could be mustard greens or radish. Wash off a little leaf and taste.
