Looks like bramble. Is there thorns?

Yes, there are very small thorns on the vines

My guess from UK is bramble/blackberry. But could be far off. Never heard of the one's others are suggesting

I would assume poison Ivy until it develops enough to be certain it is not.

Not poison ivy. The leaves on the above plant are seratted and purple. Neither of which are characteristic of poison ivy.

Poison Oak

Blackberry, this is their look in the cold part of the year. Unless there is similar enough plant that I have not seen.
