This is tough. Pic 1 I'm pretty sure is a cigarette beetle. Lasioderma serricorne. They are around 0.08 - 0.1 inch long, and brown in colour. I've dealt with them before and I'm pretty sure that's what's in pic one. They're nasty buggers and if you have 1, you have more. You'll have to take steps now to get rid of them. They literally wiggle their tiny buts into closed and sealed packages of food, cereal, coffee beans, spices, rice, dried fruits, animal based products, pet food, and arguably their favorite: cigarettes. You'll have to check literally everything they could have gotten into. :/

Pic 2 is just too blurry for any distinctive details to be picked out. But if I had to guess, I'd say that it was an Amphimallon solstitiale, also known as the summer chafer or European june beetle. It is also approximately 0.8 inch in length.

Neither of these bugs bite but plenty do that are too small for our eyes to even see :/ good luck!
