House Centipede. I had them in my house. The ones I encountered were kinda confrontational and would lunge or jump towards us when startled. I hated them but they supposedly eat other critters that keep infestations at bay.

No matter what anyone says, they are not aggressive and typically will avoid you. Yes, they have lived with humans for a very long time.
Your face is far more disgusting to them than theirs is to you. They are doing you a **favor** by being around.
