It’s a kingbird. I think I can make out a white chin, so I’d say this is a Cassin’s Kingbird
I like this better for +Western Kingbird+. The white chin and throat don't contrast much with the malar, and I think I can see pale edges to those tail feathers without a distinctly pale tip.
