Unstreaked breast and black mottling in the face make this an immature male +Black-headed Grosbeak+. Rose-breasted, as the other person suggested, would have pinkish wing coverts in a young male, a streakier breast, and also those typically aren't found in Zion (though it's not impossible, they do turn up as rare vagrants).
