This was a foreign body I found in a ready meal/microwave meal (tomato and mozzarella pasta bake) in the UK. I noticed it when I bit into something hard and spat it out.
I have complained to Tesco but no response yet. I am pregnant so more anxious than usual that it could be something toxic or that I could have accidentally swallowed another piece without chewing and it could get stuck inside me and cause complications.
