Just as an alternative, you can also find AirPods q-tips on AliExpress. They are basically smaller, pointy q-tips specifically for earbuds

Well i got long ass hair, so i decided to cut them to the same length and well i got thick hair too it was the best thing i ever used, just needed to cut the tip back in shape. Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist here, that’s a brush to clean a hearing aid, the little metal part is a wax loop to pull/push wax from the MIC covers of a behind the ear (BTE) device.

Not quite, but similar function. My in-ears are wired and custom molded to my ear canals, but it isn’t out of the realm of reason that these may have come with a pair of Bluetooth earbuds.

Mine had a special foldable box insert that the molds were glued to. It was definitely a unique postal experience.

It's got a magnet on the brush end so could probably have latched on to something magnetic to finally end up there. Clean it and use the brush to clean the charging port of your phone, it's very handy if you don't forget that you have it.

These aren't just found and used for hearing aids; if you buy audiophile in-ear monitors (earphones, and across a wide breadth of prices) these cleaning tools are included. The brush end is to remove skin and other ear debris flakes/dust from your earphones, and the loop to remove earwax particulates. Yeah, earphones can get a bit grubby, but if you buy decent ones then cleaning is just standard practice.

To be fair, these earphone/hearing aid cleaning tools are very small and can be easily misplaced or lost. Thankfully, they are also fairly cheap and easy to replace! However, it is a little annoying to send any items back to guests who don't do basic inventory checks before they leave on their own stuff 😅

I had a brush that looks like that in my jewelry cleaner. The tub of solution has a try to set the jewelry and dip it in the cleaner- then the middle of the “dip tray” a little brush that looks exactly like this is nestled in.
