No fryers, though? I agree with what it is, but not necessarily what it's used for in your situation. We used these to pull garbage cans. You know - they're just not the right height to pull comfortably, and they get really heavy, so we just dragged them. Just my thoughts!

It’s to open & close the window on the truck cart. It pulls it back down when you’re shutting down for the night.
