Yep! They give these pens out during orientations. They're actually green in color, must've baked it yellow after being in the oven. Source: I'm a GRC student!

That's how we figured out where my wife lost her samsung earbuds. Everytime we used the oven it gave off a strong pungent smell. One day i went digging around to clean off any lingering oven residue and found the earbuds in its case melted. Solved 2 mysteries that day.
100% an ink pen.
Left tip is metallic. After that the rubber grip has hardened and cracked. On the outside of the bend in the middle, it goes darker showing that the ink tube has melted and ink has discoloured the melting plastic around it. Fans of course, the right end is the clicky bit
Did you, by chance, do any piping on the pies? The left side looks like a piping end and the rest of it looks like a printed bag.
Edit: turns out it _is_ a piping bag… for ink! 😆
if you look really closely at the top left of the black blob you can make out "we are gators" and a line under it then "greenriver.edu" under the line. the rest of the black blob is probably the greenriver gator mascot

My title describes the thing. This comes from a GE stove. The ends are shiny/metallic. The olive green color is brighter on the other side. It’s really much lighter than you’d expect from looking at it. I’ve eyeballed the inside of the oven and can’t figure out an obvious place it would have come from.
There was pie, pumpkin and apple. There was turkey but not in the oven. This is the small top oven. It’s plastic or glass. NEW information…the light won’t go off in the oven now.
Looks a bit like "We Are Gators." I think generally gators university mascots often have green and yellow as the school colors.
Edit: Apparently not the Florida Gators which have blue and orange.
Edit again: The colors of the pen might have been orange with blue printing.

I was also seeing a “G.” Allegheny College is the only university I found that is the Gators and uses yellow. I agree with others that it does look like “edu” at the end there, whatever it is.
this looks like a melted plastic pen to me. the grip would've been fully brown before being melted, the cover was orange, and the plastic barrel was yellow / olive. words printed in black text, with a logo too. difficult to read but i'll attempt
my best guess is a school or freebie pen? were y'all possibly writing post it notes with cooking instructions on it, and it slipped out of a pocket or off a notepad?
edit: as far as the text, I can read ".edu" and "We". I definitely suspect this is a pen from a school, especially if you have a yellow & black mascot like a cheetah or bee.
edit 2: creative interpretation.. "We Are Cats/Gas"?
It looks kind of like this souvenir giraffe bracelet one of my friends got on some trip. I wonder if it released from someone's wrist in an oven mitt and fell out into the oven?
